Refund Policy

We want every order and membership from Meatthe Recipe to be worth it. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for purchases made from MEAT TOWN DORAL LLC.
1. Store products
- 30-day returns: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Food items (rubs, salts, sauces) can be returned only if they arrive damaged, leaking or past date.
- Knives that have been sharpened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Damaged or wrong items: e-mail a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. Return shipping is otherwise paid by you.
2. How to return
- E-mail info@meattherecipe.com with your order number (it starts with MTR-) and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and address.
- Once the item arrives and is inspected, we refund the original card within 5-10 business days.
3. Membership
- Monthly plans ($14.99): you can cancel any time from your account. Monthly charges are not refunded for partial months.
- Annual plans ($114.99): if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge, write to us for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable, but access continues only while the plan is active.
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are fixed within a day, and a dispute can delay your refund.
5. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
