Terms of Service | Meatthe Recipe

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MEAT TOWN DORAL LLC for your use of Meatthe Recipe, including recipes, membership, the store and any related services (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to create an account or buy anything. Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Recipes and content

All recipes, text, photographs, layouts and code on the Site are owned by MEAT TOWN DORAL LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may cook from the recipes, print them for personal use and share a link to them. You may not republish recipe text or photos, scrape the Site, or use the content commercially without written permission. Photographs are licensed from Pexels and remain subject to that license.

3. Membership

Membership unlocks members-only recipes for as long as your plan is active. Plans are $14.99 per month or $114.99 per year, in USD, plus any applicable tax.
Your membership runs for the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time from your account; access to members-only recipes ends when you cancel.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next billing period.
Membership is personal. Sharing a login is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

4. Store orders

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. We confirm prices on our server when you place an order; if an item was listed at a clearly wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break security, overload our servers, access other people's accounts, submit false payment details, or post unlawful or abusive content through our forms.

6. Food safety and disclaimers

Cooking involves heat, knives and raw meat. Follow safe handling practices and the internal temperatures we give. The Site is provided "as is"; please read our Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEAT TOWN DORAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify MEAT TOWN DORAL LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend or close accounts that violate them. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
