Counterline Natural Butcher's Twine Spool

Tying a roast keeps it round so it cooks evenly from end to end. This twine is 100 percent unbleached cotton, strong enough to hold a stuffed pork loin tight and plain enough that it will not melt, dye or add flavor in a hot oven.
