Doral Forge Clamp-On Hand-Crank Meat Grinder

Grinding your own meat means you choose the cut and the fat ratio. This old-school grinder clamps onto any counter up to 2 inches thick, and a few turns of the crank push chilled chunks of chuck, brisket or pork shoulder through the steel plate.

It comes with a medium plate for burgers and a coarse plate for chorizo, plus a sausage stuffing tube. Freeze the metal parts for 20 minutes before grinding so the fat stays firm. Take it apart, wash by hand and dry every piece before storing.
