Doral Forge Dual-Face Meat Mallet

One side of the head is covered in pyramid teeth that break up tough fibers in round steak and cube steak. The opposite face is smooth, for pounding chicken breasts and pork loin into even cutlets for milanesa or schnitzel without tearing them.

The head is cast aluminum with a nonstick black coating, and the steel shaft ends in a soft rubber grip that stays secure with wet hands. Place the meat between sheets of plastic wrap before pounding. Top rack dishwasher safe.
