Our little skillet cooks exactly one perfect egg to set on top of a steak and eggs plate, and it does a lot more than that. It is the pan we use for toasting cumin and coriander seeds, melting garlic butter for basting and warming a single serving of chili.
It is poured from the same iron as our bigger skillets and comes pre-seasoned, with a short handle that fits in a toaster oven. The handle gets hot, so keep a mitt close. Dry it well and oil it lightly after washing.
